Also @Mojo if you were moved to the Banned usergroup I think all your other groups get taken away. You will get them back when an admin comes online. Also how was tribe sold if you were banned?

When users are banned their user group becomes completely useless since they aren't able to add anyone into it anymore and such.
This means they can be put back on sale through Philly I believe since they'd just be going to waste otherwise.
