-Log into your ban account your ban xbox.
-Transfer profile to USB (it must be over 50GB or it won't work.)
-Go to Taco Bell and order 5 Soft tacos, and 3 hard shell tacos.
-Bring the tacos to the closest adult world and bride the guy working to trade you and big green dildo.
-Now carve a hole in to the bottom of the dildo so you can fit the USB into.

Now you say you were banned for no reason, Im going to guess it wasn't in-game modding since you feel that way. If you modified ANYTHING such as Tenure, Avatar skin color, things like that, you will receive a permanent ban. If thats not the case, feel free to appeal on the Xbox forums over at www.xbox.com
