Unban Method For 9999?

I was just wondering if anyone knows a method, or is perhaps sharing my unfortunate search for this method.. I'd like to be able to un-ban a Gamertag that belongs to a friend of mine. So anyone know a method they'd be willing to share?

Nope no method and if anyone says they have one its complete bullshit. The only way we will get one if it randomly shows up on the Xbox one.
 
Hopefully they'll do a Gamertag reset.. but likely every single banned GT is being turboed by someone..
 
They won't just reset banned tags. Also, I don't believe there's any method out ATM unless its been kept very secret, and it'd cost a LOT of money. Lol

Trust me if there was a un banned method someone would have swapped an amazing tag by now.
