I'm just wondering because i had logged out five minutes ago and now i can't log in?

i also just went through a 2k user list and got 50m and put on my main, and trolled the rest the i accessed by dropping there petty cash or items, and i'm just wondering if i'm ip banned or not as of right now :/

And no i didn't trade the hijacked accounts with my main

It's down for everyone, they must be updating or something.
