My own recipe. The best cheese-cake you will ever try, like seriously.
Better than any shit you'll buy in the shop.
Required:
Bowls.
An electronic/hand whisk
Margarine
Soft Cheese
Double Cream
Angel Delight/Mouse
Circular Foil Container
Step 1:
Get around 12 digestive biscuits, crush them into very small pieces, like a normal cheesecake.
Step 2:
Put 3 & 1/2 Table-spoons of butter/margarine(margarine works better) into a pan and on low heat, melt until a liquid.
Step 3:
Put crushed biscuits into pan with butter/margarine(melted) - Mix until all butter is soaked up and biscuits are like a a bit gooey, lol, explanations ^.^
Step 4:
Once the biscuits and butter/margarine have stuck together, place evenly into a foil container
'Like this' Place it into a cool place to allow the biscuit-marg mixture to cool down. (Near a window, for about 30 minutes, or a fridge for 20 minutes)
Step 5:
Get 125g of Soft cheese (COOKING CHEESE, NOT NORMAL CHEESE) and 125ml of DOUBLE cream into a bowl. Whisk(preferably with an electronic, may take a while via hand) until mixture is semi-thick and does not drip off the spoon easily.
Step 6:
Once the biscuits have cooled, spread evenly the cheese/cream mixture onto the biscuits and again allow to set either in the fridge or near a window for 20/30 minutes.
Step 7:
Take 1/2 packet of 'Butterscotch Angel delight' or what-ever type of mouse they have in america/your country. Add 150ml of milk to the half packet of angel delight. Whisk until the mixture is semi-thick BUT NOT AS THICK AS THE CHEESE/CREAM MIXTURE.
Step 8:
Once the biscuits/cheese have cooled in the fridge, spread the angel delight mixture onto the top of the cheese and cover all the cheese.
Step 9:
(Optional, but who doesn't love chocolate?)
Lightly grate a bit of chocolate across the top of the cheese-cake.
Step 10:
DONE! Allow the whole thing to chill for a further 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
Enjoy!
