I'm starting this off randomly just follow along.

So, when the method for Xbox 1's first came out, everyone was doing it. Though I was late to the party I had filled out an order and was to receive my console too. At the time my order status stayed the same, which was Service in Progress. At the same time the method was being patched. My idea was "boohoo, I wouldn't receive my console because it was patched" and decided to be like whatever. I look today and it says it was shipped out to the customer. Now here's where the fun kicks in.

Because I would not be at my house during the delivery and I wanted to take precautions, I sent it to my neighbours. It was delivered there but due to some complications they had it sent back to the shipper. Now the console itself is in some warehouse and the Xbox team doesn't know what to do .

However, something good just happened. The support agent stated that there going to "send it up to our Advocacy Team, who will work with UPS to get the parcel back, and get another Advanced Exchange set up with you." So, I guess I'm getting an Xbox 1!

My question is will I need a new VCC?
Anyways, thought I'd share, .

You won't need a VCC if they're shipping it too you!

I'm stoked though. This whole mix up worked and it shouldn't take too long to ship as the console is like 1 hour away at a storage facility.

It'll get to you quickly then, you're one lucky guy.

They already have your VCC on file. Your all good. Just let them do the rest.

Now you just wait for the police to show up to give you the xbox personally

If it happens, then it happens, lmao.
Everything seemed to be good with everyone else.
