All of a sudden iv been getting 9-16 fps in wildy in certain spots and freezing for 10-20 secs
never done it before does it happen to anyoen else? and can you guys help me fix it?

Iv done that and yea still getting this posting a image now its only bbeen doing this for like 2 days now its not my internet

Sorry for all the white but idk how to remove and 4 fps?
 
You're playing in high-quality settings; try reducing to the minimum.
