This video is freaking insane, Afghanistan veteran Sam Arnold uploaded this spine-chilling video of a US Marine getting a direct headshot from a Taliban sniper—only to be saved by his kevlar helmet.

The helmets are formed in a certain way that if it is hit at a certain angle it will likely bounce, it wouldn't necessarily have to be low power although I agree if something massive hit it it would just fly straight through.
