Yes I have also noticed that. It seems whoever created these things neglected to add spaces when they are needed. One rule of grammar is to leave spaces after things such as periods, exclamation marks and commas. Only add the space to the right of the symbol though.

Their is mostly a lot of random uppercase letters thrown in at the begging of words.
