Two suggestions

One, close the vouches forum because we have the vouch plugin. http://runegear.net/Forum-Vouches

Two, move RuneGear eNews section out from Red Carpet, maybe as a sub-forum of Announcements? The Red Carpet section is often over-looked by many, and if I remember rightly, @[The Elite] said a while ago he would move it but I think he forgot about it.
