Two Factor Authentication - IG

Sorry if this has been posted already.

Instagram decided to add 2 step verification to IG's now but for some reason some people arent receiving the feature/option. I was able to add it to my account and wanted to see if anyone has or hasnt been successful on here in doing so?

PS. maybe someone knows the reason why some accounts have it and some dont?

I can't add it on my main which has 8k, but I can add it to a friends that has 60k - Not sure if it has anything to do with followers or not but I wouldn't use it anyways.

both my accounts have the option and one of them only has 400 followers so i dont think it has anything to do with followers.

I swear they have an option to multi account? Like have 2 accounts that you can keep swapping around instead of logging in and out...etc.
I don't have that.

Don't think they added that yet but you can do it with the Jailbreak tweak Instagram ++
