as far as i know it doesn't matter if it is a twitter on the private setting or not
it can still get suspended
also this should be moved to market korner

Private or not, the twitter can still be suspended. Plenty of private twitters have been suspended.
This should be in the networking section though, for future reference

Yeah, you'd still get suspended. I've been GG'd ~17 times by twitter and a few accounts were strictly private.
