Twitter followers

How do I get twitter followers with out going to one of those websites that have me follow people first ( they call it ' credit ' ).....
Just like Gramhoot.com gives you random likes WITHOUT having to like/follow someone else, is there FREE web site that will give me random follower that I don't have to follow first.
And is there a separate thing for retweets & favorites too ? For each tweet ?

I saw a website somewhere that gave me 3,000 followers for doing something very simple. I'll hit you up when I find the site again.

You should just go ahead and buy some for cheap, otherwise you'll be wasting your time trying to find them for free.
