Twitter deck access

im in 2 decks, basically its a website called ''tweetdeck'' where a bunch of people come together and add there accounts in and you can retweet/fav your tweets off of them. If someone says ''deck access'' means you can add your account to the others meaning you can retweet off others etc.. but clearly they can retweet off of yours too. thats all
