Twitter Cleaner?

I remember reading a thread by someone who found a site or something that is able to cleanup your twitter account.
Can someone redirect me to this thread or tell me below, cleanup meaning it removes all followers/following, your tweets/retweets and favorite.

ty, just noticed the account only needs to remove all followers. anyone know any follower removing sites?
