Hey in this tutorial I'm going to show you how to record you're screen for tutorials or something.
Now there are a few programs that can do it, but I use ScreenFlow.
I personally think it's the best, however if you don't have the full version a huge watermark will appear saying "Screenflow" in the middle of the video. I don't believe I can show you how to get it free.
Anyways so download and install ScreenFlow and to start you just launch the program, select your setting and press record. It will then show a 5 second countdown then start recording. Once you're done recording whatever you can stop by pressing Command+Shift+2. So after you've pressed that this screen should pop up:

So when you're done editing (you can edit very little in this) you select File, then Export.... Then you choose your settings and wait.
I know how to export in HD, so maybe I'll edit this tutorial or make a new one for it.
