1. Wrong section.
2. It's very sloppy/messy looking.
3. Being infected with a RAT is completely different then being phished.
4. I am going out on a limb here, but from looking at the way you type in your posts and comparing it to this guide, I am going to say some of it is copied and pasted.
5. If you are dumb enough to get infected with a RAT or even phished, then you deserve to lose your bank/account.

Don't write guides if you cannot take criticism, lol.

You wrote a guide on how to not get phished and focused on RAT's? That is not getting phished, that is getting infected/keylogged.

And it was very sloppy looking. You had some points off to the right side which would then merge to the far left side of the page with bad picture placement.

Then my last point was about the fact that you shouldn't need a tutorial to not get infected with a RAT. It should be common sense, and especially for mostly everyone on this forum, seeing as a lot of us came from HF...
