I've seen this years and years ago, it's sooooo oldschool, and barely works anymore, it's better to SE the membership.

wow, really now? How'd you feel if someone robbed you like that..
 
I actually get it, this isn't illegal, cause what you basically do is just putting in a number, you're not responsible for the people with the phone sending a message to jagex. So you basically don't rob them, you're asking them in a weird way to pay you. It's probably a glitch, but still not robbing/stealing from anyone.
 
How long does it take for the bar to get filled?
