Hey guys, I am here to help you on spreading your server via MSN, AIM, or any other IM software with social engineering. What I will tell you guys throughout this tutorial is how to not raise suspicion and how to maintain a relationship with someone even after you infected them! Now this is my first tutorial so please be sympathetic and if you do not like it please post and tell me on how I can improve it!
Starting out
OK, so lets start off with assesing who your target is. You want to think to yourself what kind of relationship he/she has with you. Is he a friend, an enemy? I suggest the best way to get him to download and run your server without any suspicion is if you are in friendly standards with him. If you are in friendly standards with him please follow 1b. If you are not please follow 1a.
1a. If you are not a friend of your target I suggest looking for someone who is. Either use social engineering to manipulate this person to infect the target. Or just infect him yourself, and hack his MSN/IM account. Make sure you know him well enough to tell his personality and take it on well enough to raise the targets suspicion level. After completing this step please continue on to step 1b.
1b. In this step we will talk about things you should do before you start a conversation with the target. First, you must rate 3 things straight off the bat.
Conversation Assessment Test:
Relationship Status: (example: Friendly, Good, Annoyed, Bad, Hostile)
Likeliness to download: (example: high, medium, Low)
Suspicion level:(low, medium, high)
After you have assesed this, you can start planning your course of action. You want to think of the following:
1) How you can get this individual to download an infected file.
2) What can you disguise your file as.
3) Will this individual become suspicious if I tell him to download a file?
4) How well do I know this individual, and if he found out that it was a virus, do I want to lose him as a friend.
5) How long will our conversation be?(Ideal time: 10-20 Mins)
Ok so after youve completed this we can go onto the next step, 2.
2. Ok in this step we will be discussion how to start the conversation out. You always want to start with a simple conversation starter, like "hey wussup" "how are you doing", stuff like that. MAKE SURE YOU WAIT TILL THEY RESPOND BEFORE CONTINUING. This step may seem pointless but it is very essential. By doing this you increase your relationship status, decrease suspicion level, and increase likeliness to download. I suggest, throughout your conversation with your target that you assess your conversation with this method every so often. This helps you plan on what you should say next. It also helps tell you when you should "pop the question"(send him the target file).
3. Ok in this step I will be talking about leading the conversation. You never want to even mention downloading a file near the start of the conversation. Start off like any normal conversation, gossip talk about sports wtvr. Once youve established a good relationship then start poking around the field where youve disguised your server. For example if youve disguised it as a game(Private Servers are most common) then ask if hes been playing alot of them or something like that. If he responds negatively to this I suggest talking to him about something he enjoys and then re-disguising your server to his needs. Once you feel that the conversation assessment test has good results(Meaning good relationship, high likeliness to download, and low suspicion level) then you should go onto step 4.
4. Ok in this step we will talk about how to "pop the question". First off lets talk about the diffrent ways we can pop the question.
There are 3 common ways listed below:
a.Ask a favour, tell him you need him to download the server to test a game or something.(Increases suspicion level dramatically, not so time consuming)
b.Make it mutually beneficial, tell him you are playing an awesome game and he should play too!(Doesn't increase their suspicion level, but it can be quiet a while to get them to do this)
c.Give them something they need! For example they may need a keygen for photoshop or something like that. (Increases your relationship status and likeliness to download, yet it can be quiet time consuming to find something they need, this method may not work).
When talking about downloading the infected file, NEVER be too pushy, It may cause them to not want to download it and then you wont have a second chance. If they decline simply continue on with your conversation, you might get them to try again some time in the near future or in another conversation, DONT PUSH YOUR LUCK!!! If you get them to download it then mission accomplished, if you want to continue having a relationship with this person continue on top step 5, if not your finished enjoy your slave!
5. If you are reading this step, that means you have successfully infected your slave, yet you wish to continue having a relationship, meaning you dont want your victim to become suspicious. I reccomend you use this step if you infected a family member, girlfriend, friend or anyone else who you actually know.
First off, if the infected file you sent did not actually work(meaning if you sent a keygen for example, and it didnt actually crack the program) then tell the person when he/she complains that it must have been a glitch on the files fault or their own. Tell em its corrupted or something and that you will search for a fix to this problem. If this doesnt work then try to play innocent, if they start asking if its a virus or something then just say that someone else sent you the file and your not sure if it is in fact a virus. Try to sound like a middleman or that you are on their side. Make it seem that you are in the same position they are!
