Fill everything out, select 'hellokitty.com' as the domain, then fill the rest out.
NOTE: When making the username, you have to do it all lowercase or it'll say it's invalid, lol.
Then you have to do the activation here on live.com:
https://signup.live.com/signup.aspx...t=hom&mkt=en-US&bk=1283914584&rollrs=12&lic=1
Select use your own email and enter that, then confirm it on the site
