Ok got a bit bored so heres a quick tut on how to look after your PC

Explaination
Ok, the first link is CCleaner. I call it crap cleaner because thats what it does. It gets rid of all the unwanted crap on your computer.
This will include, temp internet files liek history cookies etc, recycling bin and much more.
2nd link is Defraggler. This ia disk defragmentation program. I prefer it to the windows one because i think it does more than the standard one. (and it has all the little coloured boxes xD)
Next link is the download to Avast anti virus. I really like avast, not only because its free, but because its always upto date. Scan a infected file on novirusthanks and Avast will be one of the first to detect it.
Alternativly you could download AVG free, which i sometimes use. Find the one you prefer.
You ideally want one which has an exception list, so if you do have any files that are infected and you want to keep such as keygens or trojans, they wont get deleted when you scan your system.
The Cycle
First things first, go to;
My Computer>Right-Click Local Disk>Properties>Disk Cleanup>Then clean up everything you want (ex system restore points)
After that run CCleaner
Run you anti virus (full scans) and remove anything potientially harmfull to your computer, unless you know what it is.
Defragment your computer with Defraggler.
Create a system restore point
Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore>Create restore point.
Small Points
You should be set now, if anything goes wrong you can just restore you system. I advise doing this atleast once a month, dependant on how much you use your PC and what for.
If your just a hobbiest maybe 3 times a year. Whatever.
You can also create back ups of any documents and buring them on to DVDs, ecternal harddrives etc.
If you run potientally harmfull programs, or are unsure on a program.
Download and install something called Virtual Box.
Its basically a virtual PC.
