Basically, I have recently made good friends with Tupac.
Tupac has been a great help around the forums and I think he should be a mod, maybe around the gaming forum since he tends to enjoy that.

This. Philly has already said that there won't be any new mods. Only one from current Mods will be selected to be a staff. It won't be quick.
