I got this tumblr appraised for 10 dollars.

I am wondering what you guys think

I think it is worth 5 - 10 dollars.

Maybe a couple dollars. Anyone who wants a 3 char can pretty easily get one.

Yeah, three chars aren't that amazing. Not rare either.
I'd appraise this from $3 to $5.

I would not consider any three character Tumblr worth anymore than a few bucks unless it is meaningful. They may become more valuable when they are all registered.
