Okay so I have this pretty sick tumblr but I forgot the email I put on it if any body that knows a lot about tumblrs could help thanks a lot! I know a few people in mind but yah I don't know
 
I think you should try and check th emails and see which ones have updates from tumblr?

I have checked all my emails if must be on a fresh one I just made

if you're still in need of help
email tumblr staff saying that you have forgotten the email
they will reply asking for your ip address and identity
do that and you'll probably get your account back
