Trying to snipe a domain.

I'm trying to snipe a domain. It expires on the 25th, tomorrow. What time do I need to be online to buy it if I want to snipe it? I realize they might have auto renew, but I want to try and get it.

Any tips, help, or suggestions?
 
Well I wouldn't know where to start. Help me out?

But it's a shot in the dark. The current dude that owns it is Chinese, and he doesn't even use the domain for anything.
 
He's actually korean, so what time would I need to be awake to snipe it?

It's 6:36 here. I'm not good with time zones...
 
My timezone is either +5 or -5, I think. One of those.

I really need an exact time to be awake.
