I don't think it would be against the rules, but people would have to be very hesitant.

To be honest, both sides would have to extremely cautious simply because you could take the money, and claim you have DDOS'ed them, or they could do the old 'You first, then I'll pay' then they could just do the 'It didn't work, they're still online, I'm not paying!'
