This sub-forum hasn't been active in a month, haha. Anyways, I started my cuts this week and working out almost everyday, except Sundays. Trying to be in the best shape so I can be a monster in football because I missed last season.
BRAT diet for now because I'm getting sick, but I'll get back to my normal diet soon. And just supplements and about 30 minutes of legs, arms, and chest and after that 30 minutes of cardio.
I lift everyday too man. It's good to see someone else taking control of their life ! Just make sure you stretch ALOT and do a little jog before you just hit the weights. I had to learn the hard way...
