Trading for YouTube Network Method

I want to become a YouTube Network type thing. I can trade a dedicated server with 2gb RAM with 6 months left (it's like a $100 value), it's VERY fast, for some way to become a network.

I have the network method to actually create a network and partner people if that's what you're asking for. However I don't have a use for a dedicated server, or maybe I do on second thoughts. What's your aim or skype?
