I'm getting a 3 month, currently I need MSP. It's a UK account , so I'm trading a 3 month region free code for a [UK] MSP code, I'm not sure about UK MSP values so if anyone has one let me know.

No, MSP Codes are not region free, besides 100 and 400 ones you receive from bing and the 160 ones you receive from xbox promotional emails.
