Toshiba A215 Just Shuts Down!

i am having a problem right now...
i am trying to install Windows XP to my toshiba lappy
but when the first procedure is running it just suddenly shuts down..
but when i install vista(the preinstalled OS) its not turning off. when i just install different Os or i boot a CD.
why?
