Every tag right now is worth 0 unlesss you're willing to pay more personally.
You guys dont realize 1,000,000 OG gamertags were released and more in one day. Does no one understand deflation. Your paypal is worth shit right now js. Go gamble some bitcoin or something stop tryna sell things for the same price as before the release. Fucking idiots. I just sold three 3 char gt's for $5 a piece and i thought i was charging too high lawl. Im out!
 
@Emp i would have too highly agree with that and fence is coming in close with a second overall rating.
 
He does have a point @emp . People are trying to sell tags still at $200 + . When there are plenty again in the community which decreases the value of tags as there is not a restrain on demand now.

They are all cheap again and people need to accept that xx

Its all about personal preference now. You (General) cant say they are rare if there are thousand now again. x

Its a bless and a curse at the same time. What do you think??

TBH. I would not pay more than 200$. You would have to be an idiot.

BUT people can sell tags for what ever they want. Supply and demand baby.
 
Lots of people want gametags. They have value.

Guys realize that most of us members didn't get much tags right? All the bans that happened recently & a lot of random people claimed them as well, they wont sell either. Value has decreased for sure, 40 to 50% at most. Demand right now is meaning of the tag and not how short the tag is.
 
I can agree with this. They dropped by like 50% from the prices i'm seeing.

Let me just go ahead and say that NO, there was NOT 1,000,000 OG Gamertags released. The majority of the names were not original and just from the first console. There is still demand for OG names regardless of thousands reset. As for the market value I don't have much knowledge with that.
 
Thing is, people with oG want some cash at a reasonable price. While others just want it for cheap, they know for a FACT that the tag will be back to it's original price within the year or less. Those randoms that got a tag, they are actually responding to people "Can I buy your account?" of course they say yes and banned. 1,000,000 Gamer tags got released but hardly any being sold in the market because us members barely got any. The ones that did get one, keeping as a final or tag ain't really good. Value still there @Voices
 
Only new kids think that the value in gamertags isn't worth shit. 99% of v1 ogs got reset and there still hasn't been 5 truly sick tags on the market? Yea bunch of OGS got reset but its all about the meaning now . So a gamertag with a sick meaning like 'king' will still hold its value ... I got a godlike gt and i have been offered over 1k for it but declined ... The market is more than Forumkorner & HF. Many tags got banned and will continue to get banned which will raise the prices on OGS with a SICK MEANING .
 
"The market is more than FK & HF" Yeah it's called clueless randoms that don't know the market. Random 16 year olds who don't make a salary and live under their parents roof. They will sell those "Godlike" tags cheap. 

You can argue it all you want, but it's simple economics. For example, your "godlike" tag may be worth 1k now. But if that same tag were to of existed before the reset? Probably 1.5-2k. Tags will still have value and you have to factor in that people will deliberately OVERPAY because they want that name bad enough. From a marketing standpoint there's no question that these tags have lost value.

You forget the power of getting tags off OG owners who don't know the market and aren't on forums. There is plenty of opportunities now.

Yea true its all about preferences and how much someone wants a tag , the average tags will be under 300 ,Tags with a  dope meaning will still sell for over 300. and the tags with a Truly SICK meaning will be atleast 700
