Can you post some tips in preventing paypal account to be limited coz my first paypal account got limited and in a few days I got an email from them that they close my account...
But when I call paypal the csr told me that my account not tottaly closed...
And one thing csr also told me about suing proxy is prohibited thats the reason why they limit my account waaa.

Don't use proxy when accessing your account on paypal.
I know that they are strict about it.
 
Yea always log in from same IP address and you wont get limited.
 
so maybe just dont use proxies thats it if you dont have a computer well you cant always log on from the same ip:: so thats it proxy prohibited
 
Just keep a watch on their policies. They change once in a while. So if there is a policy that earning money by gambling and accepting it via paypal is not allowed(just an example), and you miss to read it and do exactly the same thing, they won't waste a second in limiting your account.
My account got limited a couple of weeks ago, due to proxy use. I called them and got it resolved. They were quite professional, I must admit.
 
paypal is kinda good. well youll never know if someone hacked your account so maybe they are doing these for security reasons as well for hackers they want to be anonymous in the web
 
That is actually correct. I wasn't limited when I logged in using proxy server. I got limited when I switched off the proxy and logged in again. So I was in two countries within 30 secs. Seems, testing how a proxy network works proved too costly for me :)
 
although you have to apply a tip that ... I think paypal still can make a limited ... more you also have another e-currency
 
how can i send money that doesn't have charge/fee using my paypal account? Do i need to upgrade?
 
first of all if you are in a country where paypal is not accepted make a paypal account by using a canadian address so that your limit can be increased and then don't use proxy to access your account. Even don't use proxies if you are in a country where papal is accepted ;)
 
You need to verify your account if you want to remove your limits this is the only way otherwise you cannot remove the limits.
 
Better not to have two personal accounts in the same name. Also it is a good idea to have a verified paypal account.
