Here's what it looks like (quite a large image)
This was originally made for a group I ran on another forum, but I sold the group so no need for it now.
A few things to note.
1) The PSD is slightly messy, I've never been good at organization
2) Green colored layers are the ones to change if you're new to photoshop
3) Use it however you want but don't claim you made it
