I like it, except I don't like how it's a beautiful, vivid naturalistic look up top and then immediately goes into a solid, plain look. I'd either suggest turning the beach scene into a more "fake" feel like the bottom, or make the borders and such of the bottom part look like water, have Palm trees sprouting from the borders, etc.
