I was looking at switching to that last night but to a x4 965 and to a 9650
 
x4 965 is same as x4 955 but slower clock speed. You can easily overclock it to x4 965 clock speed.
 
What about your optical drives?
What about your OS?

Also if you're building for budget don't buy Intel, great company, there's just better prices out there.

Try http://www.newegg.com for better selection and prices.

Make sure to wear anti-static bracelet and put in the risers before installing the motherboard.

Sure, I'm buying Intel,
Also there's no need in buying a OS and I have optical drives.
