Thoughts on legalization of marijuana throughout the US?
Medical, age limits, etc.

I think it should be legalized. But what if they started legalizing things like heroine and meth. Thats what will come after marijuana. Just saying

It's beyond me that tobacco and alcohol are still legal yet mary jane isn't. In every state that has legalized weed, crime has been lowered and tax revenue is flourishing. Jails are full of inmates who were arrested on petty marijuana arrests, most of which are just possession, not even distribution. Police shouldn't have to spend there time on these ridiculous arrests, and should be out doing something more productive. There is also many medical advantages that I wont get into but you get the point. It should be legal, and its clear that this will happen across all 50 states medicinally and recreationally shortly.

Not even that it would just decrease violence and take out the cartels and stuff.

Yeah, thats true about the Drug cartels, the American war on drugs only makes the demand for them higher, thus more expensive. it has the opposite affect of what we want it to.

Well it is already legal where I live. My thoughts about it: it's ok, nothing has really changed. You can see a slight amount of people acting more retarded than they used to, or on the freeway more people drive like ass wipes. But other then that same old same old. I see nothing wrong with it

I think it was The Netherlands that did exactly that, legalized all drugs. Needless to say drug crime more or less disappeared over night. As far people having problems with them, that has also gotten better due to the fact that they can seek help without risking getting locked up in a cage for having used said substances.
