Thought this was worth a laugh.

Alright. So I sold my 174k follower twitter account to some kid for $55. The kid then got scammed when he tried to re sell it. Best part is, he went first to a brand new account. He then requested if I get the acc back, I refund him. So, any advice on how to get the acc back? (Already contacted twitter support) Also, should I refund him? Give me your opinions please
Edit: I'm currently trying to get this account back, so it belongs to it's rightful owner. Can anyone help? Whenever I submit a request saying the account got hacked, they email me this:

why the fuck would you refund him if he lost it. Its his mistake, let him deal with it. he should be paying YOU to get it back.
