Gmod is either 10$ or 15$ i forgot.
but for the game to even be fun you need to get CSS, which is 20$ :/

well in GMoD you have many different modes to play from, like the world famous Prop Hunt, or you can play my personal favorite, Stop It Slender. The controls are customizable, (i set mine back to css default) and you pretty much figure out the game as you play.
not very hard to figure out.
