You have to look closely, and it takes a while to see it, but once you do it's creepy as fuck.
 
That was creepy. I was looking around the picture then i saw the lady move and i was like wait what. Then i realized it was a .gif.

I looked at this at first for like 10 seconds and couldn't see shit so I immediately went "fuck it" and read the comments, then saw that it was a .gif.. Kinda ruined it for myself :'(

Yeah not that scary once you know it's going to happen. I Made the mistake of reading the comments first.
