I think that 50% should be a minimum. There is no need to harass me because of this, like so many people have been doing.

How would you know what's the minimum if you have no experience running a fourm?

We could be doing amazing and you wouldn't even know.

Most fourms have less then 10 members on the whole day.

Well not to long ago, I did happen to be a staff member and happened to read over the guidelines a few times, sorry if you never had the honor.
 
When does experience compare to minimum?

I agree, 42% is pretty good if you compare it to Hackforums, which you really can't compare it to because of it's size.

RuneGear is always buzzing with activity because of the 10 people that post. Yeah, real good.
 

10 more then you fourm.

Runegear is doing just fine ans if you don't like it well you always have the fourm you run.
 

If you think the activity is bad, then leave.

The Elite even said RG is doing fairly well, and you still think it's horrible.
 

If you don't like it, leave.
 

How do we only have 10 people that post? I'm sick of everyone complaining about a lack in activity, when all they have to do is tell one member. If ONE new active member joins, our activity will triple since if they post a thread, boom, increase.

Just close the thread. I can see now that some members cannot conduct their posts in a reasonable fasion.

Just because someone disagrees with you does not mean they aren't being reasonable. You say we NEED 50% member posts, which is extremely difficult. You can't suggest something that FORCES other people to post, there really is no way to do that. Heck, it's even useless to measure it to such a depth. If we force users to post, how do we know who is loyal and who was forced. By keeping it like this, we can tell who are our loyal users.
