This is how i play Runescape how about you?

 
Depends what your doing, but yes very effective.
 
What client? Or is it the webbrowser? Sorry I am not in my right state of mind. (had a few beers... didnt want to make it look like I was bragging like some skid..)

I DID do the same thing as you but I didn't have Windows 7 back then (Windows Vista was latest that was out and I didn't like it cuz of cpu hoggage)

Overall, very nice.
 
I sometimes put YT, IRC, a movie, etc on one of my monitors then RS on the other. It's an epic setup.
 

Its runescapes downloadable client swiftkit laggs for me and runedream is horribly slow so i use that one

Gears of war 3, black ops, mw3, halo reach

Normally only play mw3 though.

Yeah i play all those except for Gears never really amused me much but i play a lot of RPG based games like (Elder Scrolls, Fallout 3/New Vegas, etc.)
 
Isn't it kinda hard to concetrate (Spelling?) on both RS and the movie at the same time?

Myself is either questing with music, or botting while watching movie/sleeping.

If you're doing something afkable (why else would you watch a movie while doing it) then yes it's easy.

Btw, it's "concentrate"
