This could possibly be changed...

The "chat" at the bottom of the page goes onto the reputation page... I was wondering, why's it there? It does not serve a meaning, I came up with the solution it's wasting space, probably not much but, hey... more space -> more content.

This doesn't harm anyone or anything, just seems a bit weird in that position.

The chat at the bottom of the page is there to make it eaiser to communitcate with other members.

The bar appears on every page on the forum.
Like you said, on the smaller windows of the forum, such as the rep or report windows, it does take up space but theres not much we can really do about it im affraid.
But you are right, it would be good if it wasnt on those small windows

Ah, that's quite annoying...

I'm sure you being the wizard you are can easily fix it.
