Michael closed the thread & said this case has reached a settlement. What does this mean? I haven't heard anything since then about my account nor been contacted by anyone, so how has it reached a settlement?

@supply would be banned if it is in known scammers, or not banned if its in resolved sect ion.

It means the case was closed. The result is indicated by what section the case was moved to.
