It's not bad, I'd throw a new GPU or two in it but that should do just about everything you want it to.
 
I'd get like a nVidia GTX 690 or a AMD Radeon 6990.

That computer has an AMD FX-6300 CPU, not nearly as fast as an intel i7 or even an i5.

I'd honestly go with that one, the processor in the long run will be MUCH better than the FX-6300 in gaming and video rendering. But, I would suggest upgrading the Video Card and Power Supply if you wish to do any serious gaming.
