Things you do to forget your problem

hello guys can you share what most you do to forget your problem and not thinking much of it so you cannot get any stress something can any one give advice please thanks
 
I try to listen to music, just think, read, watch t.v., go for a walk, talk to friends, to forget my problems.
 
problems is part of our life.it depends on the problem you have because some problems you can hide it by trying to forget like listening to the music,talk to other etc.but there is kind of problem that you need to face it,bec maybe if you ignore it the more become serious....face the problem bec that is reality...that is part of our life.

To be hones, music is the solution to every problem for me. When I'm sad, angry, happy, lonely, I listen to my favorite music. They make me feel calm and happy. So when I have lots of problem clouding my mind, I listen to music.
 
Drawing, writing, dancing, making, doing the shopping, doing homework, going jogging... All this with music! Some upbeat music, I mean.
 
Best thing to do to forget your problem is to go to sleep, now if your problem won't allow you to sleep, drink some beer or maybe a lot that will sure knock you down to sleep. It will work, trust me. I'm an expert. LOL
