Where do i get the theme in which this forum is Using. Or where can i purchase it, or is it a custom theme ?

You won't be able to purchase this theme. I believe this was a custom made theme by Johnny S of Demonate specifically for ForumKorner. You'd probably be looking at 100-150$ for a theme like this.
