eXero Theme's Second Release - Gains​

This is my second VB.Net theme release. I did not include the progress bar yet, as I am trying to master color coordination in themes. I hope everyone likes this one. What's different from the last theme you may ask? This button was coded different, and the source is a tad bit more complex.
