And again, everything thats done to it that I did is legal, things that was previous done was something most cars have and i had no clue about.
 
When you got your car lowered, did you ask for it to be lowered to a certain height, or the lowest legal height?

Mechanics play with your car just for shits and giggles.

+ You did admit to it probably being too low, therefore you actually committed one of the offences.

Stop calling the police officer a c*nt, although it may be true sometimes. They're only doing what they're PAID to do.

Was lowered when I got it, passed the Road worthy test so it was fine, after i got done i did researd and tried the coke can, it fits fine? so clearly i got fined $400 bucks for nothing which obviously makes him a cunt.

would you like a cop to come up to you on the street and fine you $400 because they estimate that your going to commit an offence of some sort?

I did, in a calm way but the guy just said your an adult act like one, he was such a fuckwit about it all.

I can take it to court but that will probably cost me more money in the end.

I would still take it to court, and get the charges dropped.

How many dB's does your car put out. It takes alot for your car to be defected for being too loud. We have Skylines here on Cronulla, Sydney that are loud as fuck and cops drive past and lol.
