Silnce is where you find what is most precious
Silence stops the pull of external influences
Silence leads to genuine communication
Silence heals. It awakens you to truth
In silence begins the process of renewal
Silence is full and it fills

Yes we need silence to be more focus. In the Bible Jesus Christ wanted to be alone in order to meditate so if the son of god needed to be alone to meditate so we should imitate him as well. :Woot:

Good share. Right, sometimes we need a quiet life to get away from this troublesome world. I agree with the second poster, that in silence we can find peace and able to listen to God and silence is not a sign of defeat, yet a another way to victory.

There is a time for silence and a time for speaking out. Can you imagine being silent all the time? I mean we need to be heard so we can speak our mind and so we can deal and come to into terms with one another. But sometimes we too need to be silent, so that people would think why we are silent. So they know we have something in mind that needs to be addressed. We need to silent that they would wonder something is wrong. Or we need silence for peace to rule.
