It's a Street Fighter 3 clip, from a Evo Tourney in 2004.
The 2 players are Daigo(Ken) and Justin(Chun-Li). Daigo is considered to be the best SF player in the world, winning multiple tourney's and gaming magazine awards ect... And Justin has always seemed to be somewhat of his nemesis, they bump into each in finals a lot, and Daigo usually wins, so you can understand the relationship a bit.
Now this is the final of the tourney, and it is currently 1 round each, next win get's game point.
If you watch the whole vid look how Justin is playing with Chun-Li, think about how Daigo must be feeling, other than that, enjoy...
